ポジション | A Leadership role of Digital Marketing (Senior Manager level) |
業務内容 |
This position is responsible for SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and New Product Planning. ? Enhance effectiveness and efficiency of sales/marketing activities in multiple business units n AJKK. ? Strengthen multi-channel customer engagement and strategic account management through localizing and implementing new global initiatives. ? Coordinate country level planning and cross-functional preparation for the successful launch of Allergan’s extensive pipeline. 1. SFE/CRM i. Analyze all relevant data, such as market data, AJKK sales data, sales activity data, and extract insights to develop necessary actions to improve productivity in sales/marketing teams ii. Understand both new global initiatives and local requirement by customers, and localize the initiatives for better implementation to enhance effectiveness and efficiency iii. Research market insight and competitive intelligence to support developing market strategy in business units iv. Practice effective communication to manage change journey in business units upon business needs v. Prepare business reports for management team and business unit managers both in Japanese and English vi. Utilize and leverage current IT tools, such as SFDC and VEEVA, to pursue further effectiveness in sales/marketing team 2. New Product Planning i. Lead a local cross functional new product planning team as a program management office to realize launch excellence ii. Plan and monitor new product launch schedule and analyze all risks for potential schedule delay or setback for launch iii. Escalate local issues and concerns to international team and seek for solutions to launch new products successfully on schedule iv. Develop commercial strategy to have extensive launch impact and maximize AJKK sales and profit v. Explore opportunities of business synergy between new products and AJKK existing business, and pursue further growth for entire AJKK |
求める人材 |
? Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. ? 8-10 years of Digital Marketing experience required ? Solid experience working closely with Global HQ required, with proven ability to strategize on a global or regional level ? Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills a must ? Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail required, with proven ability to multiple projects simultaneously ? Strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English required. Very high level of business English is required. ? Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, as well as confidently make persuasive presentations to senior management ? Solid experience assessing and using social media management, monitoring and analytics tools ? Solid experience managing vendor relationships ? Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment ? Motivated, enthusiastic, creative, and results-oriented ? Brand or retail experience (client or agency-side, or both) preferred ? Must love Digital |
